Vayne is definitely out of meta and even under-powered?

Honestly, i consider myself a pretty decent vayne player and enjoy her mechanics because they express my aggressive playstyle, but come on, her early game is shit which we all know. She is indeed a high risk high reward. However; lately i feel that she has become a High Risk moderate reward champion. There are champions like Lucian and Kog Maw who have an easier early game and require much less skill yet perform equally well or maybe even better than vayne. She needs a buff to her late game in order to restore her prime last season where she was a hyper carry. Now she is just any other adc without really any interest to play her except for the challenge that comes with it. Vayne is very fun, interesting, and well... unbalanced due to the new champions and buffs/nerfs that have shaped this meta. A meta I actually think is the worst meta league has experienced. (My opinion)

You don't buff people just because they're "put of meta". Last season, when she was "at her prime", she was above the average power of all ADC's, that's why they picked her. Now that she's at the average, you want her to be buffed again? Honestly, Tristana is actually overpowered, so rather than using Trist as an argument to buff Vayne, we should just nerf Tristana.

However, there are reasons to pick Vayne over, let's say, Kog'Maw. They both have massive damage lategame, but Vayne's short range is compensated by her self peel and gap closer, and Kog'Maw's long range is compensated by his lack of escapes.

Vayne has an insane late game and weak early game did I miss anything? Is there actually anything wrong with that combination.

I don't want her buffed up to lucian levels of early game power. You just assume I want her to be this god champ early with her current late game power which is wrong. I want a stronger early game than she currently has because as of now it is really easy to keep her down and make she is never a factor until it's to late.

Just because Trist late game is super strong means Vayne cannot have a good early game? You can make someones early game better and leave their late game the way it is. Logical thinking, people, they're important.

As a Vayne player also she has a few problem that makes her not be played that much. First and foremost, her early game is probably the worst out of any ADC in the game. She also has short range for how bad her early game is. If anything buff her early game because her late game is still one of the best in the game.
