There should be a reward for reaching lvl 30

I feel like after the long journey from lvl 1 to 30 there should at least be some kind of reward..like a premium hextech chest & key like the 2 u get at the start of the game...or extra bonus IP so I can get some decent tier 3 runes or a free skin or anything really..I just want it to feel like it was worth getting to that level...not like Mario when he saves princess Peach and can't even get a kiss.
