So champs that need skins....

I have compiled a list of all the champions that have not gotten a skin in a long while (since the warden jax release)

Chogath Fiddlesticks Heimerdinger Illaoi Jarvan IV Jax Nunu Rammus Rengar Rumble Reksai Shaco Shen Skarner Swain Udyr Vayne Vladamir Xerath Zilean

And new champs yet to receive their second skin

Ornn Kayne Xayah Rakan Camille Ivern Kled Taliyah Aurelian Sol

I feel as though these champs should be the next ones to receive skins and even though some of the champs (Jax/Shaco) have a ton of skins, none of them are up to the standards Riot holds themselves to today.
