How to possibly balance kindred

What is the enemy was not able to see what camp was marked unless they had vision of it. This would make it so she would not get hard camped at her mark but still be able to outplay it with proper vision and planning.

I think even a 10-15 second head start would help. Dont let the enemy team see it for that time.

You balance Kindred by reworking her ult. Letting an early game dominant jungling adc takes all agency out of the hands of her opponents the instant she hits 6 is how you not designe an early game dominant jungling adc.
