Champion Concept - TypeZ57, the Sorcerer's Legacy
TypeZ57, the Sorcerer's Legacy A tanky, medium-high damage tank/mage golem which heavily relies on mana.

Passive: Golem Core TypeZ57 gains a shield equal to it's max health every (31 - 1 per level) seconds out of combat, gaining up to 3 shields. For every passive shield active, TypeZ57 gains (10 + 0.5 per level) magic resist and armor, increases size, decreases movement speed by 50, attack speed by 0.12 and attack range by 100. If no passive shields are active, TypeZ57 loses all base movement speed. TypeZ57 is a golem powered by it's core. Auto attacks drain (2 + 1 per level) mana. Every (50 - 10 per shield) units moved, TypeZ57 drains (1 + 2 per level) mana. If TypeZ57 runs out of mana, it starts "Recharge" (for 10 - 0.2 per level) seconds or until TypeZ57 has 10% or more of its maximum mana. While "Recharge" is active, TypeZ57 gains increased mana regeneration, but is unable to move, attack, cast abilities or regenerate his passive shield and has (20 - 1 per level) less armor and magic resist. "Recharge" cannot be cleansed or removed until it meets its removal conditions. TypeZ57 does not receive healing from lifesteal.

Emits a shockwave of energy in target direction, dealing 30/40/50/60/70 +70%AP magic damage to all enemies hit. Enemy minions hit are pushed back 20/30/40/50/60 units. Enemy champions hit are slowed by 3/5/7/9/11% for 1 second. Removes 1 layer of passive shield (if available). If a layer of the passive shield is removed, deal an extra 50/60/70/80/90 +70%Armor physical damage to the first unit hit.
W: Overload 100% mana over 3/5/7/9/11 seconds 30/27/24/21/18 seconds Gains "Overload" until TypeZ57 falls below 10% maximum mana. While "Overload" is active, all mana costs for abilities, movement and auto attacks are removed, gains 5/6/7/8/9% bonus cooldown reduction, 20/30/40/50/60 ability power, 5/10/15/20/25% movement speed. Removes armor and magic resist bonuses from its passive. When "Overload" finishes, gain "Recharge" for 5/6.5/8/9.5/11 seconds. Can be activated again to cancel, reducing "Recharge" gained from "Overload" to percentage of mana remaining.
E: Energy Bomb 50 Mana 20/18/16/14/12 seconds Charge: TypeZ57 charges a ball of energy for up to 9 seconds. Every second charging uses 2/4/6/8/10% of current mana, slows TypeZ57 by 2% and increases range by 20. Upon use, deal 75/90/105/120/135% mana used +80%AP around TypeZ57. Every 3 seconds of charging, a layer of its passive shield is removed (if available). Deal an extra 50/60/70/80/90 +70%Armour physical damage to enemies within 150 units for each layer removed.
R: Command: Apocalypse

Passive: TypeZ57 siphons mana from the environment around him. All mana usage in 300/400/500 units around him restores TypeZ57's mana equal to 10/20/30% of the mana used.
Active: Can only be activated while "Overload" is active. TypeZ57 unleashes its full weapon arsenal. Attack range is no longer limited by its passive. Lasts 9/11/13 seconds. Unlocks new set of abilities.

W: Command: Barrage

Increase attack speed by 30/50/70% and attack range by 50 for the next 2 seconds. While active, auto attacks deal additional 15%AP magic damage. Reduces "Command: Apocalypse" duration by 5 seconds.

Gain up to (30/40/50%) EDIT: 10/15/20% movement speed over 7 seconds, then spend all mana to deal 100/150/200% mana used +80%AP around TypeZ57. Remove all layers of TypeZ57's passive shield. Deal an extra 50/60/70/80/90 +70%Armour physical damage to enemies within 150 units for each layer removed. Remove "Overload" and "Command: Apocalypse" buffs. Gain "Recharge" for double the normal time.
I wanted TypeZ57 to be a very powerful tank/mage hybrid, but heavily relies on mana. The passive keeps the theme of a golem, and the need to balance tankiness and damage output. Too many shields and you would not be able to output as much damage before "Recharging", not enough shields, the low base HP and defensive stats leave you very vulnerable. The decreasing range, attack speed, movement speed and increasing size and tankiness keeps the feeling of a multilayered golem. To help the players with controlling the number of shields, the Q and E both remove layers, making TypeZ57 more flexible. Originally, the "mana siphoning" passive of TypeZ57's ultimate was going to be his E (instead of an active), but as his W basically is meant to increase damage output via spell usage, it was moved onto his ultimate. What I am most unsure of in his kit is his ultimate abilities. I want to keep the "Self Destruct", but the other three abilities, in my opinion, are a bit random. Suggestions would be very welcome. Overall, I think TypeZ57's kit, while very powerful, does have enough negatives that people would not just spam spells, and the low movement speed means that it is going to be played very defensively, as it will be susceptible to ganks and unable to chase very easily, once more lowing the damage the enemy laner will be likely to be taking.

EDIT: Formating EDIT: Question, should the abilities changed by TypeZ57's ultimate be leveled by leveling ultimate, or keep the levels of the original basic abilities? (Changed abilities level up to 5 or 3?) EDIT: Lore (lol). Not very detailed, but TypeZ57 created by unknown spellcaster/engineer/mechanic banished from Zaun, entered the League after said spellcaster's death to spread his legacy.
