Petrekton the Masonry God

This champion idea I've come up with is a VERY ambitious one not only because of how crazy his passive is, but also because he is set to be the creator of a lot of stuff in the game. I've put a couple hours into working this up, but I would have spent even longer if I had put more effort into the numbers for the abilities, so ignore if the stats sound too weak or too strong.

Petrekton the Masonry God One of the oldest gods of Runeterra, Petrekton is the father of Ornn and Volibear. Petrekton's works reshaped the foundation of the world, and inspired many generations of stone masons. The mason who created Galio is said to have been one of his apprentices, as well as the lead architects that built Demacia itself. At the request of the League of Legends, Petrekton created the fountains, nexuses, inhibitors, and turrets that are used in the Fields of Justice. Now Petrekton himself has joined the League of Legends, following his sons Ornn and Volibear, to change the world through tipping the political scales in the Institute of War.

Passive: Master Mason - Petrekton absorbs essence from existing structures into a stone that can be placed elsewhere on the map (cool down 60 seconds). Petrekton is slowed by 25% of his Movement Speed and he can not basic attack while carrying the stone. Once Petrekton places down the stone it can not be picked back up or destroyed by anyone. Petrekton uses all of his mana to create a new structure from the stone. Petrekton can only have a total of 3 structures on the map at once, and he can not absorb essence into a new stone while the maximum number of structures are on the map. Leveling up improves Petrekton's structures. If an enemy champion destroys one of Petrekton's structures, they alone receive 70/100/125/150 (based on level) gold. Petrekton can deconstruct any of his structures 1 minute after he has constructed it, but the stone is consumed in the process. Cost: Maximum Mana (100% full mana bar)

Fountain - Petrekton absorbs essence from the ally fountain into his stone. That stone can then be created into a small fountain that regenerates ally champions' health and mana. Level 1 - 5: The fountain regenerates 1% of maximum health and mana per second. The fountain's health is 50% of Petrekton's maximum health. Level 6 - 10: The fountain regenerates 1% of maximum health and mana per 0.75 seconds. The fountain's health is 75% of Petrekton's maximum health. Level 11 - 16: The fountain regenerates 1% of maximum health and mana per 0.5 seconds. The fountain's health is 100% of Petrekton's maximum health. Level 17 & 18: The fountain regenerates 1% of maximum health and mana per 0.25 seconds. The fountain's health is 130% of Petrekton's maximum health.

Turret - Petrekton absorbs essence from any ally turret into his stone, which can not be placed within 1100 units of a minion, monster, or turret. That stone can then be created into a small turret that damages enemies in its range. These turrets deactivate while you are dead, do not regenerate health, and they do not affect the ability to target other ally structures. Level 1 - 5: The turret has 800 sight range, 600 attack range, and 0.85 attack speed. The turret has 140 AD (+ 5 per level), 45 armor and magic resist (+ 2 per level), and health equal to 100% of Petrekton's maximum health. Level 6 - 10: The turret has 900 sight range, 675 attack range, and 1.0 attack speed. The turret has 145 AD (+5 per level), 50 armor and magic resist (+ 2 per level), and health equal to 110% of Petrekton's maximum health. Level 11 - 16: The turret has 1000 sight range, 750 attack range, and 1.15 attack speed. The turret has 150 AD (+5 per level), 55 armor and magic resist (+2 per level), and health equal to 120% of Petrekton's maximum health. Level 17 & 18: The turret has 1100 sight range, 800 attack range, and 1.3 attack speed. The turret has 155 AD (+5 per level), 60 armor and magic resist (+2 per level), and health equal to 130% of Petrekton's maximum health.

Nexus - Petrekton absorbs essence from the ally nexus into his stone. That stone can then be created into a familiar spawner. The spawner summons a familiar ever 45 seconds. Familiars blink to Petrekton when ever they are too far away from him, and they die after 30 seconds. If an enemy champion destroys a familiar they alone receive 50/75/100/125 (based on level) gold. Level 1 - 5: The spawner summons a melee familiar (looks similar to an ally melee minion, but does not affect/ be affected by enemy turrets), which has 100 AD, 1.0 attack speed, 110 range, 0 armor and magic resist, 330 movement speed, and health equal to 80% of Petrekton's maximum health. Level 6 - 10: The spawner summons a siege familiar (looks similar to an ally siege minion, but does not affect/ be affected by enemy turrets), which has 150 AD, 1.15 attack speed, 300 range, 40 armor and magic resist, 340 movement speed, and health equal to 95% of Petrekton's maximum health. Level 11 - 16: The spawner summons a super familiar (looks similar to an ally super minion, but does not affect/ be affected by enemy turrets), which has 200 AD, 0.8 attack speed, 200 range, 70 armor and magic resist, 325 movement speed, and health equal to 110% of Petrekton's maximum health. Level 17 & 18: The spawner summons a behemoth familiar (looks similar to an ally super minion on steroids, but does not affect/ be affected by enemy turrets), which has 250 AD, 0.65 attack speed, 180 range, 100 armor and magic resist, 320 movement speed, and health equal to 125% of Petrekton's maximum health.

Q: Hammer and Chisel - Petrekton strikes his chisel into the target with his hammer, dealing physical damage and removing a percentage of their armor and magic resist. W: Brick and Mortar - Passive - Permanently reduces the damage Petrekton would take. Active - Petrekton roots the target for 1.5 seconds.
E: Carving Saw - Petrekton carves the ground, sending out a wave of energy in the target direction that deals physical damage to all enemies hit and slows them by 20% for 2 seconds. R: Rune Reinforcement - Petrekton uses a large rune to grant him additional health, armor, and magic resist.
