Lore:
Cerberus, is a dark prisoner of ancient times, he posses much magical power that, it surrounds him in a black flame. He broke free one dark day during a solar eclipse. He came up out of the ground and went on a major rampage destroying whole towns with a slash of the chains that once imprison him. Aatrox, the only survivor of Hide's ancient rampage, rose up to fight him once again.
They clashed at the top of the highest mountain, in all the land. they threw devastating blows at each other that all the surrounding nation could feel the battles presence. Even at dead of night, light from both warriors attacks could be seen. after three days, a huge explosion was heard. Aatrox return, barely alive, muttering, i have failed to stop the dreaded Cerberus.
Cerberus, saw a opportunity in the rift to find Warriors of his equal strength to plot in taking over the world. His end goal is to be the almighty ruler.

Ability: basic attack: uses chains as whips, slashing them at you
passive: Haunting reminder: From the time spent in captivity, Cerberus is reminded with every enemy champion attack on him, of that time. Cerberus on third hit from enemy champions, will restore mana by 180 mp.
q: revenge: Mana cost 40/70/80: cooldown 5 sec: Cerberus throws both chains at you after swinging them around above his head, if hit directly by chains enemy champions are rooted for 1.75 sec and the chains will tighten until they snap (should last 1.75 sec) 70/100/130/160/180 (60% attack damage crit can apply) (Cerberus basic attack is lowered by 10% due to not having a weapon, when attack finishes chains will return after 2 sec.)
w: Calming battle yell: mana cost 40/70/80 : Cooldown 15/14/13/11/10 sec Cerberus lets out a battle cry that cleanse him of all de-buffs. giving him a movement speed increase of 20%
e: complete rage: Mana cost 100/120/150: cooldown 20/15/12 Cerberus becomes enraged gaining 100% attack damage for 5 sec and when clicked again on targeted enemy champion, Cerberus will flash to enemy location, and hits them with all his might down to the earth below causing extreme damage so much that black flames appear at the attacks location enemy champion will be slowed by 20% for 2 sec and the attack buff will for Cerberus will wear off after second clicks animation is over 100/140/180/220/240 (80% attack damage crit can apply)
R: Chains of carnage: Mana cost 220: cooldown 120sec: Cerberus becomes so enraged that the black flames engulf him turning him into a ball, when bar reaches full he will shoot the hot molten chains at targeted location, any enemy champion hit by the chains becomes stun and take massive damage. 200/250/280 (80% attack damage)
