Riot, i just wanted to know if you guys even look at these, or throw them into a pile to look at and decide whether to make them into champions, or actual items, or skins? i see tons of really great ideas and so on, but i haven't seen very many become real, so i just wanted to know if this is really just for the community or if you guys actually look at them and take them in and so on?
Yep they have used them as inspiration for future skins, one of the most previous examples is Black Scourge Singed :)
From what I've seen they usually ignore champ ideas in the Concepts & Creations board unless something blows up really big. Well, to be fair, a lot of the concepts here do sort of repeat each other. On top of this, there are A LOT to look at.
I believe they used to take bits and pieces for inspiration from some of the concepts, but never a whole concept for legal reasons. I could be wrong, though. Not sure if this is the way things still are, but yeah.
They generally don't use champion concepts, they may take a skill or the base concept and work on it and make it their own, the most notable thing I can think of is 
idea/art? came from champion concept of Qurego'mas or so the rumor mill goes. If you look at his concept art compared to they are highly similar. They mostly use concept for skins, Corporate 
started out as a joke/meme on the boards and took off like wild fire. I'm not sure about items, I think theirs 2 or 3 items that were concept on the boards. not sure though.
I think they do, but idk which ones they pick and choose. A while back i suggested a snowball syndra skin (somebody probably did it before me) and voila - snowday syndra.
