Marksman/Attack Damage Carry Concept

This is just a basic concept, but feel free to tell me what you think. Can always improve upon it and make it a thing.

Passive Ability - Ammunition Active One - Burst Fire Active Two - Run and Gun Active Three - Suppressive Fire Ultimate Ability - Overkill

Passive Ability - Ammunition Passive ()'s resource bar is now changed to Ammunition. This is based out of 30 total rounds. Each basic attack consumes 1 round, and the abilities of () use set rounds [Described Below]. When () runs out of ammo, s/he takes 1.5 seconds (Reload time reduced by attack speed) to change magazines. Her/his first shot after reloading a magazine does 150% damage to enemy champions, 225% damage to enemy minions or neutral monsters. If () has not attacked within 3 seconds, s/he automatically reloads the magazine if round are empty.

Active One - Burst Fire Toggle () can flick the fire mode of her/his rifle to burst fire, causing her/him to shoot 3 times in a basic attack. Each shot consumes 1 ammunition (3 ammunition a shot) and deals 36/39/42/45/48% of their normal damage per shot (108/117/126/135/144% damage every 3 round burst). () can toggle this on or off.

Active Two - Run and Gun Active/Skillshot () flips in a target direction [Up To 400 distance Away]. As she flips, s/he reloads her magazine automatically. Upon coming out of her/his flip, s/he gains an extra 30/40/50/60/70% attack speed on her/his first 3 shots (First 9 shots if in Burst Fire mode). If ()'s flip hits a wall, s/he wil vault of the wall [An Extra 400 distance].

Active Three - Suppressive Fire Active/Cone () bunkers down and starts spraying ammunition in a cone, dealing 25/40/55/70/85 (+0.15/0.20/0.25/0.30/0.35 Attack Damage) physical damage per second and slowing all enemies. Enemies moving towards you are slowed by 40%, while enemies facing away are slowed by 25%. () cannot move in this time, and will suppress fire in the cone [600 distance, 250 wide] for up to 5 seconds or until she runs out of ammo. Consumes 4 ammo per second.

Ultimate Ability - Overkill Passive//Active/On-hit () passively decreases the reload speed to 1.25/1.00/0.75 seconds. This is still reduced by the amount of attack speed () has. () puts her rifle into overdrive, causing her/his next shot to consume all it's ammunition into one cluster shot against one target. The shot deals all of her/his base attack damage, plus 70/130/190 (+0.35/0.45/0.55 bonus attack damage) physical damage This damage is increased by 12/16/20 physical damage for each round of ammunition () currently has.
