<,< ok im not an artist , basic MS paint , but i know theres already a case load of 
skins , but i'v always thought that since theres , " definitely not *champion " skins , i thought a , " literally not Tibbers" volibear skin would be kool

Pretty much just volibear in a tibbers costume , and instead of lightning , he would have all fire like spells
And also , a Heart seeker , 
skin , because Love takes , time .......and well .... hes time so uhh ... yeah
