Just a item idea I came up with after finding out that Rod of Ages used to be called Guinsoos Rod of Oblivion. This item is meant for champions that can spam abilities like Cass, Ori and Syndra

Guinsoos Rod of Oblivion Price: 3600 HP: 200 Mana: 100 CDR: 10% AP: 40

Unique: Spell casts grant a stack, each stack grants 8 AP and 1%CDR stacking 10 times, stacks last 5 seconds and fall off all at once not one at a time. At max stacks grant Guinsoos Oblivion

Unique: Guinsoos Oblivion At 10 stacks spells will deal an addition 5% increased damage as true damage
