Sometimes I wonder why Riot lies about "considering " our Skin ideas....
Like the amount of skin ideas I've seen here are AMAZING. 10x better than what Riot comes up with -.-

If Riot made every fan skin the way the fans want it, we'd have so many 1350-1820 skins. And then people would complain about Riot being money-grubbing because all the skins are too expensive.
Besides, to say they lie about considering them is a lie itself. It just takes a lot of fan approval to realize it is all. Pool Party Ziggs and Battle Bunny Riven were both fan ideas, weren't they?
Most of the skins I've seen on here are either impractical, lazy, or garbage, and Riot has their own art team with their own ideas that they'd like to see realized, but only so much time to go around.
I know you've never created anything in your life ever, but it's not like they just check off a box and a skin pops into existence. It's potentially weeks of development, modeling, and texturing for just a single skin, and Riot doesn't have an infinite amount of people working for them.
Recognizing that skins are in development for months prior to their release if not longer, some of the ideas might be in the works.
They do what they want and consider what has at least 500 up votes.
Don't forget the Breaking Bad Heisendinger in all his Hazmat glory. He was also a community suggestion.
Well, I recall someone bringing up the idea for snowday Malz, I feel like you should open your eyes to some of the things riot does that people seem to take for granted.
