Mecha woul look weird on her though... (Sion at least looks like he could be a mecha, but having a humanoid mecha mounting a mecha boar would just look stupid IMHO)

If we do get Mecha Sejuani, make it so that its just her torso pertruding out of whatever four-legged machine she'd be riding (For Classic it's a boar but sometimes it changes for skins) so it looks like its one machine

Sejuani might get a Battlecast or Full Metal skin, since all those seem to be in the same universe. Though Sejuani herself may remain human in armor, but the boar may be Battlecast or Full Metal.
