Operative code named Arc 925 is tasked with keeping the peace between Piltover and Zaun. Arc is under the orders of Piltover to keep insurgents in Zaun under control after the Jinx incident, and is granted immunity in the city district of Zaun to keep the two societies from an all out clash. Not much is known about Arc 925, but he is none the less a well known name in the undercity. Arc is a small arms specialist, and is talented at swiftly apprehending his targets with the grappling hook mechanism he carries.

Passive: Lethal Carbine - Arc 925 uses a specialized carbine rifle that gives him +.5 Armor Penetration per level.

Lob: Arc 925 lobs a grenade using the under-barrel mini-grenade launcher on his rifle that deals 50/100/150/200/250 (+20% Attack Damage) physical damage to enemies in the area. Arc 925 can carry up to 2 grenades maximum, and stores them over time. Cost: 50 mana Range: 750

Pursuit: Arc 925 passively gains 15 Movement Speed when moving towards nearby enemy champions. Upon activation he gains 12/15/18/22/26% Movement Speed for 4 seconds. Cost: 40 mana

Grapple: Arc 925 fires a grappling hook that can attach to terrain or enemies. If the grappling hook attaches to terrain Arc 925 is pulled towards it. If the grappling hook attaches to an enemy it slows their movement speed by 10%. While the grappling is attached to an enemy, Arc 925 can cast the ability again to fire a second hook that can only attach to terrain. If the second hook attaches to terrain the enemy attached to the other hook is pulled to the terrain. The enemy is stunned for .5 seconds after colliding with the terrain. Cost: 80 mana Range: 800 on first cast. 650 on second cast.

Double Tap: For 5 seconds Arc 925 fires 2 shots at once per Basic Attack, however, his Attack Range is reduced by 150. Cost: 100 mana Range: 400
