[Skin-Concept]: Vault-Vi

How about a Vi skin, referencing Fallout? I don't play Vi myself tbh, but I just thought this would be fitting. It actually is just a recolour, I guess...

The only issue I have is she would need something more than a plain Power Fist for Excessive Force, maybe a Ballistic Fist?

I don't know how they would do a fallout based skin :/ Maybe Slayer Vi? :D
