I'm confused, they all seem to include new particles, new voice overs, new sounds and of course a new model.
Is there like new taunts or something or new icons for the abilities or what makes the YI skin rise over and above the other project skins.
When he ults.... he looks like the ultimate badass... it's beautiful.

Unique voiceover! It's typically the difference between 1350 and 1820 tiers- see Battlecast Kog'Maw vs. Battlecast Alpha Skarner. Both have unique models, animations, sound effects, and textures, but Skarner has a unique VO and is thus 1820 tier.
Only Yi has a new voice over.
The rest have voice processing, where they took the old lines that the base skin says and applied a filter to them. For Yi they actually recorded new lines, unique to his Project skin.
Others are just inferior!
