[GAMEPLAY] Kalista's skill Sentinal does not treat an empowered basic attack as a basic attack.

Kalista's skill Sentinel does not treat an empowered basic attack as a basic attack. Kalista's W skill Sentinel states

If Kalista and her Oathsworn ally attack the same target with 2 seconds the target will take additional magic damage....

This does not occur at all period off abilities, but perhaps this is poorly worded and just implies basic attacks. However.

Leona's Q (shield of daybreak) is an empowered basic attack basically, it states.

Leona's next basic attack will have 50 bonus range deal X additional magic damage and stun for 1 second.

As such, a Q empowered basic attack should proc the Sentinel Stack of any target which contains one. This is not the case.

This occurs 100% of the time you Q a target with a sentinel stack.

Other abilities do treat empowered basic attacks as basic attacks, attempting to Q a Jax while he his counter strike is active, a skill which says it dodges all incoming basic attacks for 2 seconds results in your basic attack doing zero damage and the Jax is not stunned. If the Jax is not stunned because it counts as a basic attack, the kalista passive should be procced.
