[Gameplay] Leona Q does not proc kalista soul marked

at least one empowered basic attack is being treated as an ability and not proccing.

If kalista hits a minion for example and you then press Q and hit that minion you will not cause soul mark to trigger and deal the 8% hp damage.

Seems likely it s a more general problem and other empowered basic attacks (poppy Q, kayle E etc) could fail as well.
