Melkor Ultimate Dungeon Master

Melkor is actually a nerdy teenager, braces, glasses, and dressed up in LARP gear. His q is LIGHTING POWA, he throws bolts of lightning that do moderate damage, while in nerdy form he throws cardboard cutouts of lighting that do less damage, but still notable. In full power form he throws actual lightning bolts that do moderate damage and give a MR debuff as well as a spell vamp effect on the target. The spell vamp does not affect any other enemies, it only affects the targeted enemy

His w is FLAME CIRCLE! HE creates a wall of flames that damages and slows anybody who walks through it. In nerd form the flames are plastic cutouts that just do damage when stepped across, there is no slow. In Full power form the flames become real and do high damage over an extended period. By this I mean that the damage is great if the enemy is in there for the full duration.

His e is OBEY MELKOR!! Melkor summons 2 dungeon monsters to fight for him, in his full form this power has a 100 second cooldown and summons a Dracolich. >:D

His r is True Power Awakened. Melkor becomes his full form, taking the aspect of a Dark Knight with unimaginable power. This ability lasts for 10 seconds at level 1, 15 seconds at level 2 and at full upgrade he permenantly becomes his full power.

With his kit above its designed to make his early game Incredibly weak, but his late game is Super good. I don't expect him to actually be made, but I think this champion is hilariously perfect for league.
