Cool Harry Potter-like champion

This champion is like Harry Potter. He's a wizard fresh out of wizarding school.

##Q - Expellereemis Shoots a short spray of magical plasm from his wand. Use the same animation as gunblade maybe.

##W - Visiotto An owl is summoned that attacks the target ferociously.

##E - Invisibility Cloak Drapes himself in a cloak of invisibility, disappearing for 3 seconds.

##R - Magical Broom Begins riding a magical broom at a fast speed.

TBH I want this champion to be kept a little weak. Maybe have him be C or even D tier. I just think it would be fun to one-shot a champion like this.

lol do a harry potter quiz then try, i would add much more spells than this because an owl and broom aint gonna save ya

maybe stupefy impedimenta levicorpus oh oh petrificus totalus ( blast in a cona that deals damage and freezes all targets rooting them for the duration )
