Kayle rework concept

Because why not? She's already set to have a VGU and has toxic kit, so I was thinking:

#Goals:

  1. Make her kit something more that braindead rightclicking people to death.
  2. Shift power from her being unkillable while doing so to somewhere else.
  3. Keep all her play patterns: DPS Kayle, burst Kayle (with item 3100 prefferably), support Kayle.
  4. Put some decision making into her E which could also be a passive later in the game now and to her kit overall.

#Changes: Passive: [STAYS] When Kayle attacks a champion, the target loses 3% Armor and Magic Resist for 5 seconds. This effect stacks up to 5 times.

While her current passive seems like a statcheck, it's actually pretty fitting passive to two of her playstyles: it rewards DPS Kayle's extended trades which she should focus on and support Kayle uses it as a tool for enhancing her carry's damage. If someone has any better idea, it is of course accepted.

Q: [NEW] Kayle uses her divine power to grant herself or her ally bonus damage for the next four basic attacks. The attacks deal bonus 10/15/20/25/30 (+30% Ability Power) magic damage on hit and apply spell effects. In addition, enemies near her target take 20/30/40/50/60 (+20/25/30/35/40% Attack Damage) (+30% Ability Power) magic damage on attack. Mana: 80 Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4

Her new Q is basically the active damage on her current E. Is one of her two spells (passive excluded) support Kayle uses as her carry's buff. Works only for next 4 basic attacks for clear windows of power, weakness current Kayle lacks. In late game the CD should get to something over 2 seconds, in my opinion reasonable time in a teamfight.

W: [UPDATED] Blesses an allied champion (or herself), increasing their Movement Speed by 18/21/24/27/30% × [100%-% their missing Health] (+[7% Ability Power]%) for 3 seconds and healing them for 30/55/80/105/130 × [% their missing Health] (+45% Ability Power) Health. Mana: 60/70/80/90/100 Cooldown: 15

The change here is that the more % Health the ally (or her) has, the smaller the heal will be, but the larger the MVS buff will be - and the less % Health an all (or her) has, the larger the heal will be, but the smaller the MVS buff will be. The reason for this is the decision: Use it in the beginning of the fight to get the best movement speed I can? Wait for the middle to get mediocre of both values? Or wait until the last moment to get the best heal?

E: [STAYS] Passive: Kayle's Basic Attacks deal an additional 10/15/20/25/30 (+15% Ability Power) magic damage on hit. [NEW] Passive: Getting hit by enemy basic attack reduces the cooldown of this spell by 1 second.

[NEW] Toggle on: Kayle takes off the ground and her basic attacks gain 400 range. [NEW[ Toggle off: Kayle lands on the ground, performing a short dash (160 units) that cannot go through walls towards the cursor and gains a shield equal to 50/100/150/200/250 (+60% Ability Power) for 3 seconds. This ability resets a basic attack timer. Mana: 40 Cooldown: 21/19/17/15/13 (Works for both toggle on and off.)

Yes, Kayle can now use ranged basic attacks permanently since level 1 - but it deals only half her current bonus damage and doesn't cleave (unless she Qs herself). She's got a short dash to keep up with current mobility, but nothing special. I shifted her ultimate shield here. The invulnerability is a toxic mechanic on a champion like Kayle, let's face it, not to even mention how frustrating and binar it is to play against. This shield is actually pretty huge, with it's lower CD than her current ultimate it is a fair compensation for it's loss, in my opinion. The shield is bound to her melee form to actually force her to face melee champions in a fair combat and not pussy-clicking them from afar with shield on her. Enemy basics lower the ability's CD: That's a compensation for her having to fight in melee range for a full efficiency as opposed to now - she is supposed to be able to swap between the forms (which are otherwise on a pretty long cooldown) fairly often in combat but shouldn't be allowed to just use that one form she needs in lane if she fucks it up and swaps in a wrong time (her opponent can bait out her melee form and engage when their jungler is about to gank f. e.).

And yes, she should now walk/run by default, although she would take E at level one and use it most of the time I guess.

R: [NEW] Kayle swings her sword, sending a huge burst of holy flame in a direction that strikes all enemies in a cone in front of her, dealing 150/250/350 (+120% Attack Damage) (+75% Ability Power) magic damage and leaving there a scorched field that stays for 3 seconds and slows enemies by 50/60/70% for 2 seconds. Mana: 100 Cooldown: 110/100/90 Range: 850/60° Cast time: 0.4 seconds

*Her ultimate is now her current Q slow - except larger, AoE, "skillshot" and dealing way more damage. Having one well timed slow is way healthier than her current spam. It's also a tool of utility for her team for a situation she falls behind now that her ability to shield an ally is gone (don't forget she can still heal them). All Kayle's playstyles use this ability. *

#Conclusion:

I hope you liked this concept, I tried to explain my thoughts to my best, I can answer any questions and discuss any numbers I used, might shift them aswell. She would probably use some base Health buff after this because her early game might be weaker (although she would have access to a shield at level 1). Have a good day! [vlad-salute]

This Kayle Q is just an insanely better version of Nami's E, which is so unfair for her, just saying.
