I am working to design a possible champion concept. I have raised up a few drawings, but I'm not entirely sure as to where to go from here. Obviously, it's create the abilities, name, lore, and all that, but I'm pretty new. If anyone is reading this, can you help me decide where to take these drawings? Im looking for names, lore, taunts/jokes, abilities, but most importantly (tbh) stats. I have no idea about how stats are arranged for different champions, and those I've seen that have some tend to end up getting better reviews.

Attached are three photos of graphite drawings (I could use some help choosing colors too because I suck at coloring :P), where the last two are actually different variations of each other.

If you take time to read through this, I really appreciate it. Thank you.

Stats aren't that important, as long as you can get the intention of your design across (sqishy assassin, tanky fighter etc.). But you can always check out the wiki and compare the stats of different roles and champions.

I would rather you built the meat of the champion then the art, but look at the champion, see who he is, add what you want a champion to be, and detail him. If you love samurais make a samurai champion or if you love wizards make a wizard champion. The art is kind of secondary to the character.
