Status Report Reporting from Fort Wrath of West Ionia, Western Noxian Front

"This is Captain Gal Randar of Fort Wrath. Grand Advisory Lord Grey has arrived from High Command to inspect the functionability of our outpost in our efforts of pushing the Ionians inland. Most of the company hadn't witnessed Lord Grey in person, only in rumors and hearsay. Seeing him towering no more than 20 feet in front of the men was quite amusing as to see fear spread throughout their faces as he crossed by. His routine inspection was without issue-- Lord Grey is very noble for his stature, even as terrifying as he was. The only problem that arose was when former Commander Krao was found hungover from the night prior, completely out of it slouching on his bunk. Lord Grey personally dragged the lousy commander into the court yard and threw him against the flag pole, waking him up to his senses clearly. The commander continued to display weakness as he begged for mercy, and that is exactly where Lord Grey had enough of his shenanigans. He began to course his large, demonic claws up and down the commander's pale face, until he grasped his entire head in his palm and crushed his skull like nothing, and it could be assumed that his life-force flowed up the blue veins that decorated Lord Grey's obsidian skin. With the commander decommissioned, I was appointed and promoted to Commander of the outpost. After that, Lord Grey took his leave, but trusted that I would make the report in place of my defunct superior.

--Commander Gal Randar

I hope that we never have to face Lord Grey in battle again-- last time the body count nearly measured up to Mount Targon." --Jarvan III

#General Description

Lord Grey is a large, mana-demon, serving as advisory for Grand General Swain. He wears large amounts of armor from the waste down, but leaves his chest open so that he can unleash large amounts of magic from him. He would have large black wings that protrude from his back, that stick up as if large curtains.

#Abilities

Passive -- Underworld Dreams If Lord Grey would kill an enemy champion after death, he may activate any ability to revive himself at the location of his death with a portion of his max health and mana.

Q -- Exhume Steals the life-force out of a nearby target, dealing magic damage over time and converting a portion of the damage dealt into mana

W -- No Mercy Lord Grey strikes forward with one of his wings, dealing minor magic damage and swiping all enemies to the side.

E -- Go for the Throat Lord Grey dashes to a target ally, then dashes to a nearby enemy. The ally is given a small shield for a few seconds. After the shield depletes, twice of the remaining shield is given as health to the target. The enemy is dealt magic damage and slowed momentarily.

R -- Damnation Lord Grey exerts a large blast of energy from within himself, dealing damage based on his maximum mana, and damage over time based on his missing mana, in a wide line infront of him.

Another Gargoyle?Galio Also, does Grey have anything to do with the Grey Order? If you change his looks and his name, you got yourself a champion.

+1 simply because people tend to judge a book by its cover. I can't say whether or not it's op due to a lack of numbers, but the kit(to me atleast) seems rather basic save for the imp-lications of mana. See what I did there? No? Ok.
