[Champion Concept] Deera, the Famine bringer

Hi folks ! I am Trucbizzard, from the EUW server, and I wanted to share one of my creations here, since there is no more EUW server. I based my thoughts around a theory about League you might have heard about: Riot Games would have implemented into the game some champions refering to the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. According to that theory, they would be known as Darkin into the game: Aatrox would symbolize War, Varus would be Conquest and Rhaast (Kayn) would be Death (also known as Pestilence, but Death fits Kayn better). I really like this theory because even the champions' colours respect the horses' colours: Red for War, white for Conquest and pale for Death. Therefore, I would love to see a new Darkin added to the game as the fourth Horseman (even if there are 5 Darkins in League of Legends lore). This last Horseman is the Horseman of Famine. So I was first thinking about a champion which would eat other champions ... Rings a bell ? Tahm Kench already does that ! :(

Then, i thought about something else: the Horseman of Famine is not supposed to eat people, he makes people starve to death. So I needed to create some kind of mecanics that would fit: even when the champion had already attacked you and you managed to get out alive, you would die anyway, because he is not supposed to kill you, but the fact he once attacked you is supposed to (I'm not sure I am clear, I am sorry, I am not a native english speaker ^^'). I finally came out with this champion: Deera, the Famine bringer.

Deera is a melee champion (150 range), using a rapier to fight (I know the symbol of the Horseman of Famine are two balances, but it doesn't really look like weapons to me). He is an AD assassin, but (as Kayn), his passive allows him to deal an important amount of magic damage. Last important thing, he is using energy (200 energy from lvl 1 to 18). He would probably be played as a midlaner of maybe as a jungler. I did not have any ideas that fit for his background, and I'm still working on it, but i can't give you now a full story of the champion's origins. I wanted to create it so that he would follow the theory I shortly explained earlier.

Here are his abilities:

**Passive: Emissary of Famine: ** 6/9/12/15% of all damages dealt by Deera are stored in a reserve Deera carries when he is in a fight. When Deera leaves the fight (he did not inflict or received any damage for 4 seconds), the last ennemi Deera attacked undergo Famine's power. All the damages stored in the reserve are dealt to this ennemy as magic damages, dealing up to 8/11/14/17% of the target's maximum health. When an ennemy is hit by Deera's passive, the reserve is entirely emptied.

**Q spell: Bloody Dagger: **

Passive: When Deera did not engage a fight for 4 seconds (taking or receiving any damage), his next basic attack gains 350 range, deal 10/15/20/25/30% of his total AD bonus physical damages and makes him dash to his target. If Deera kills an ennemy with that kind of basic attack, he stores 150% of the damages dealt by this basic attack in his reserve.

Active: Deera throws a dagger in front of him, stopping when hitting a champion or a large monster, dealing no damage but slowing the target for 20% for 1 second. When a dagger hits, three bloodstains appear for 3 seconds around the target, forming an equilateral triangle with the target at its centre (the space between two bloodstains is 400). These bloodstains don't move if the target moves. Whenever Deera walks onto a bloodstain, he gains 40/50/60/70/80 movespeed for 1 second, gets 50 energy restored and his next basic attack becomes empowered by this spell's passive. For the 3 seconds after this spell was casted, these empowered basic attacks deal 10/20/30/40/50 (+10/17.5/25/32.5/40% total AD) physical bonus damages (does not stack with this spell's passive bonus damages) and heal Deera for 40/55/70/85/100 (+2% of his missing health) everytime he uses one on the ennemy hit by the dagger. The dagger may go through minions and small monsters without any effect.

Cost: 150 energy CD: 14 - 1.25/lvl seconds Range of the dagger: 650

**W spell: Insatiable hunger: **

Passive: When Deera's passive kills an ennemy champion, he heals himself for 20/60/100/140/180 (+3/6/9/12/15% of his missing health), and all his non-ultimate CDs are reduced by 20/30/40/50/60%.

Active: The next trigger of Deera's passive (Emissary of Famine) is empowered. The target will be dealt 15/25/35/45/55 (+1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5% of Deera's total AD per 1% of the target's missing health) additional physical damages. Moreover, the maximum magic damages dealth by the passive's trigger is increased by 2/3.25/4.5/5.75/7% of the target's maximum health.

Cost: None CD: 55 - 5/lvl seconds

**E spell: Ravenous strikes: **

Deera hits his target, dealing 30/40/50/60/70 (+25% of Deera's bonus AD) physical damages. 0.5 seconds after the first cast, Deera can recast the spell to hit the same target (if the target is in range) to deal 30/45/60/75/90 (+35% of Deera's bonus AD) physical damages. 0.5 seconds after the second cast, Deera can recast one more time the spell to violently hit the same target (if the target is still in range), dealing 30/45/60/75/90 (+35% of Deera's bonus AD) physical plus 20/35/50/65/80 (+65% of Deera's total AD) true damages.

Cost: 50 energy per cast CD: 11 - 1/lvl seconds Range: 250

**R spell: Macabre dance: **

Deera targets an ennemy champion. Deera becomes untargetable for one second, blinks to his target, and hit his target plus 0/1/2 other ennemy champions in range (1000 from the first target). Deera hits each champion for 100/175/250 (+50% total AD) and slowing them for 40/50/60% for 2 seconds. Each champion hit gets 3 bloodstain around him (acting exactly like the ones created from the Q spell). For 8 seconds after this spell's cast, all empowered basic attacks by Q spell's passive deal 10/15/20 (+15% total AD) bonus physical damages plus 10/15/20 (+10% total AD) bonus true damages.

Cost: None CD: 130 - 10/lvl seconds Range: 1000

We are done, I hope you enjoyed my idea. Please forgive my poor evel of english, I am not a native speaker. I'd love to answer to any feedback :)

So I can see the assasin like elements but I would never like a %missing health true damage execute (even though they exist) with another execute style ability(passive) ...
