[Champion Concept] Master Iwid, perverted Wuju
Here is the third creation i share on this forum, since I'm not from NA but EUW. Sadly, our forum got deleted by Riot for some obscure reason and got replaced by a Discord (which is a quite strange choice, but I'm not here to discuss that). Please forgive my english, since I am not a native speaker. I'll do my best ! This time, I am sharing a new creation, about an AD assassin using kind of the Wuju power.
**Background: **
Once a great Wuju master, Master Iwid’s spirit was severely damaged by the highly toxic chemical fumes caused by the Singed's great fire in Ionia. Subsequently, his confused and unstable mind made him seek revenge not only against Singed and Noxus, but also against Master Yi who did nothing to prevent this massacre and who reveal the existence of the Wuju style to fight the invadors, even though Wuju should have remained a secret.
I know this lore is very poor :( But everything is already said is Ionian biographies such as Master Yi's or Riven's (even if she's not from Ionia). The chemical fire is explained, the destruction of Yi's village, the choice Master Yi made to reveal Wuju to the world even if it was supposed to remain a secret ... And I really wanted to create a "Wuju style" champion other than Yi (because I believe Wukong doesn't really empower the Wuju style, since he is not that kind of "I'm super fast and I can dash and run and dash and run again" champion).
I did not cover his stats, since I don't really know how to do those. He is a melee champion with a good base attack speed (such as Master Yi) and with relatively strong stats in general.
Let's look at his abilities:
**Passive: Deadly combination: **
Master Iwid knows the most lethal Wuju techniques, but has also been contaminated with incredibly dangerous toxic substances. The combination of its non-standard capabilities and these harmful substances improving its already exceptional physique makes Master Iwid incredibly fast and powerful. Thus, each basic attack deals 6/10/14/18/22/26/30/34/38/42/46/50/54/58/62/66/70/74 (+11/13/15/17% of Master Iwid’s current movespeed, at levels 1/6/11/16) additional magic damage and gives him 10% bonus movespeed for 2 seconds, up to 3 times for 30%.
**A: Treacherous Blades: **
Master Iwid deals 25/55/85/115/145 (+45% AD extra) additional physical damage on his next basic attack. When he does, he sticks his blade into his target, which will remain there for 12/16/20/24/28 seconds, quadrupled against the monsters. If its target is not a champion, the additional damage and cooldown are halved, and half of the mana cost of the skill is returned. If an enemy dies while a blade is planted, the blade falls at the spot of the enemy’s death and stays there until it disappears. The same enemy can be pierced by up to 1/1/2/2/3 blades at the same time.

**W : Lethal bladecalling: **
Master Iwid quickly dashes towards his cursor, dealing 40+20/niv (+20% AD extra) physical damage to all enemies he went thorugh, and earning 4/5/6/7/8% movement speed per enemy hit. At the end of his dash, Master Iwid calls back to him all the blades in-game, each blade dealing 30/50/70/90/110 (+30% additional AD) (+4/5/6/7/8% of Master Iwid’s current movespeed) physical damage to enemies in its path. Enemies carrying a blade suffer the damage from this blade.

**E: Agility of the Wuju Master: **
Passive: When he has accumulated all the possible movespeed via his passive (therefore after 3 basic attacks), Master Iwid gains slow resistance of 20/35/50% both in terms of the value of the slowand in terms of duration (if you take a 60% slow for 2 seconds, you will suffer a 30% slow for 1 second).
Active: Master Iwid dashes on a short distance, and sends to the nearest enemy, champion in priority ( they don't have to be visible) a blade (similar to those from skill A: Treacherous Blades) dealing 60/85/110/135/160 (+50% AD extra) physical damage, and remaining in play for 12/16/20/24/28 seconds, halved if the blade does not touch any enemy, and quadrupled if the affected unit is a monster. If the blade kills the unit, the cooldown of this skill is reduced by half. If Master Iwid is under the effect of crowd control when using this skill, he doesn't throw a blade, but still dashes in the targeted direction despite any crowd control, even if those are supposed to prevent any movement, and reduces the duration of the CC by 15/22.5/30/37.5/45% (it cannot use this skill if it is a victim of a suppression or an air bump).

**R: Pernicious emanations: **
For 8 seconds, Master Iwid uses the products he himself was a victim of. He gains 15/20/25% movement speed, the same amount of tenacity, and emits an aura that reduces armor and magic resistance of enemies by 15/22.5/30%, in addition to making them inert and slowing them down by 25%. This aura applies around Master Iwid, but also in the area he occupied less than 1.5 seconds ago. An enemy that suffered from "inert" by this aura for 3 seconds becomes immune to this crowd control for one second (can happen several times using the skill). Finally, each damage application from Master Iwid against an enemy affected by this aura will deal 20/40/60 (+4/6/8% additional AD) (+3/4.5/6% of Master Iwid’s current movement speed) additional magic damage.

Aaaaaaaand we're done ! Thanks a lot for reading my creation, I wanted to create an assassin that could one shot really fast, but who had to wait a bit to be able to do so, since he could not just one shot anywhere and anytime, because he needs to put blades everywhere, since his main source of damage is his W.
