[Champion suggestion] Gi, musical manipulation

This is the first creation i share on this forum, since I'm not from NA but EUW. Sadly, our forum got deleted by Riot for some obscure reason and got replaced by a Discord (which is a quite strange choice, but I'm not here to discuss that). Please forgive my english, since I am not a native speaker. I'll do my best !
But now, let's jump in my creation itslef, Gi, musical manipulation ! She is an AP midlaner who could also be played as support thanks to her CCs. Very exposed to ganks and early trades, she is aiming to reach late game and team fights to truly dominate the game. Gi is (I think) a really skill-requiring champion, since she uses a whole new mecanic with walls. Let's start with a story :
«This work, Khada Jhin, I dedicate it to you. This work, Khada Jhin, I consecrate it to you. This work, Khada Jhin, I devote it to you».
This tirade, which is nowadays attributed to Gi, was heard for the first time when the Tuula prison was completely annihilated, in the strangest way … In fact, on a day like any other in Ionia, this terrible sentence resonated throughout the whole country, as carried by the wind. It was followed by a melody, which sounded, according to the witnesses, as both the most bewitching and the most terrifying of all melodies. And as everyone wondered about the meaning of these disturbing words, which revered the one who had incarnated the Golden Demon, the terrible news began to spread … The Golden Demon, once locked in the in the prison, kept and guarded day and night by fighting monks and over-trained guards, the so-called inviolable prison from which the terrific Khada Jhin had already escaped, had been reduced to rubble. Through murmurs, stories, and beliefs, the entire Ionian people were soon persuaded that the building had been destroyed by this strange female voice and its music with crystal-clear rustling. And even worse, the one who destroyed it did so in the name of Khada Jhin, who remained in the memories of the Ionians like a demon, despite the claims of Kusho, Zed and Shen, who had unmasked the man behind the famous Golden Demon.
And when this sentence sounded again, it was heard in all Ionia , accompanied once again by this music that is so frightening and yet so fascinating. Only a few hours later, Master Kusho was found dead, beheaded by his former apprentice Zed. Thus the Ionians began to murmur, to suppose, to predict, and step by step, the rumors became tales, then myths before taking the true place of urban legends: Khada Jhin was no human. Contrary to what Kusho and his apprentices might have said at the time, Khada Jhin was indeed a demon, and this sweet voice, accompanied by this melody so captivating and yet so terrorizing, was none other than that of a witch who was looking for the GOlden Demon's favours.
What was not the surprise of the Ionian population when Gi presented herself at the Institute of War. But there was no doubt, the most terrifying tirade and the most haunting melopation were indeed her creations …
"My motivation? But what could it be, if not Khada Jhin ? If not to admire his work, admire his art … If this includes removing all those standing between him and his future masterpieces, then so be it!” Gi’s response, musical manipulation, when asked about her motivation to join the League of Legends.
I know her story is not the best ever made, but I really wanted to link Gi and Jhin, since I thought about that since the beginning of the creation. And once again, please forgive my english, holydays are here and i didn't speak english for a while ^^'
I'm not gonna give you statistics because I'm not a good "statistic-maker". Otherwise, I can tell you her stats should be about the same as Cassiopeia or Ryze (so she's obviously a range champion).
Let's take a look at her kit now !
**Passive: Music travels, and nothing can stop it ... **
This passive is a 2-effects passive.

All infrastructures around Gi ( 2500 range, from Gi herself) become reflective music sheet. Every spell from Gi that reaches such a surface bounces so as to maintain the angle which has been formed by the wall and the trajectory of the projectile: if Gi sends a projectile towards a wall so that the trajectory of the projectile forms an angle of 30 ° with the wall, then the projectile will bounce at an angle of 30 ° to the wall (it does not seem very clear explained like that, but to put it simply, the projectile bounces on the wall and continues its trajectory while maintaining the angle given by the position of Gi).

Everytime Gi hits an ennemy champion with an auto attack or a spell and every 18/16.5/15/13.5 sec, she stores a reflective music sheet. Like Rumble's R or Viktor's E, Gi can draw a straight line with her left-click. This has the effect of creating a reflective music sheet: this surface acts the same way the infrastructures do, meaning that it allows Gi's skills to bounce when it reaches it. All units can walk through those reflective music sheets, which last for 20 seconds. Gi can left-click on a partition she put to destroy it (she obviously can't do that on walls).
Gi's skills that bounce off a reflective music sheets get their range reset: if the projectile's range of 1000, and the projectile bounces after having traveled 900, it will bounce and travel 1000 from where it bounced (so from a reflective music sheet). In addition, damages dealt by Gi's abilities that bounce at least once is increased by 10%.
NB: If the same ability bounces 3 times in a row on the same reflective music sheet in less than 5 seconds, then this projectile will disappear, and the spell will enter into CD.
Length of a reflective music sheet: 200/250/300/350 (evolves when you hit your ultimate level) Range to deposit a music sheet: 2500
**Q: Flooding notes: **
Gi sends in a straight line a projectile that can cross up to 4 units. Hit enemies take magic damage, and are slowed down for 1.5 seconds. On the contrary, affected allies gain a shield for 4 seconds and gain a move bonus equivalent to 20% of the shield's value. An enemy that is hit multiple times by the same projectile suffers 10% reduced damage from each side-hit, and the slow remains the same (but the total slow-time is reapplied each time a projectile crosses the ennemy), an ally minion hit by the same projectile gains a shield that absorbs 20% less damage than the last shield this minion took advantage of. If the projectile bounces once against a reflective music sheet, then it will be able to travel through 2/3/4/5/6 more units, and damages as well as shield will be increased by 5 (+ 5 / 7.5 / 10 / 12.5 / 15 by other reflective surface on which the projectile has bounced) %. Example: if the projectile bounces 3 times in total, damages and shields will be increased by 5 + 15 + 15 = 35% total).

**Z: Symphonic Crescendo: **
Gi throws a sound impulse in front of her, dealing magic damage to all enemies. Everytime the impulse hits an ennemy, it widens by 15%, and moves 20% faster. In addition, it deals 10% reduced damage to each enemy it traveled through (minimum 40%), but increased by 100% each time it bounces (cumulative damages up to 250% of maximum base damage). A sound impulse gains 1 "resonance" stack for each minion or monster hit, and 3 for each reflective music sheet, great monster or champion hit. An enemy affected by a sound impulse suffers a CC based on the number of "resonance" stack possessed by the wave BEFORE taking into account the stacks that the impulse gained by hitting the enemy:
- From 0 to 3 "resonance" stacks : 20% slow during 1 + 0.25 / lvl second.
- From 4 to 7 "resonance"stacks: silence for 0.75 seconds, accompanied by a 60% slow for 1.5 seconds.
- More than 7 stacks: Stun of 1 + 0.125 / lvl ; followed by a 60% slow for 1 second.
Important: when the impluse bounces on a reflective music sheet, it can not have a width greater than the length of the reflective music sheet itself ; it can therefore get its width decreased when it bounces. A wave bounces on a reflective music sheet from the moment it makes contact with the music sheet.

**E: Lyrical suggestion: **
Gi inserts a suggestion in her target's mind of (champions only) in 3 seconds, progressively slowing down her target, from a 20% slow to a 60% slow. During these 3 seconds, she gets an amount of mana back each second, and her and all allies near her benefit from a movespeed bonus. After 3 seconds, the suggestion becomes active for 4 + 0.5 / lvl sec: if Gi hits her target with another skill, she will root her for 1.25 + 0.25 / lvl (+0.5 per bounce the triggering ability did), and the skill that has triggered the suggestion's damages are increased by 20 + 5 / lvl %. If Gi does not succeed in hitting her target with another ability, her mana regen will be reduced by 75% for the next 6 sec, and all non-champions ally around her (Gi included) will be slowed by 30% for a sec.

Passive: Whenever Gi puts a point in this ability, her other abilities gain passive effects.

For the duration of the suggestion, Gi steals 50% of the movespeed that her target's loses because of the slow. In addition, during the suggestion, whenever the target is moving away from Gi, her resistances are lowered by 15%
**Rank 3 ** Q: Flooding notes: If a projectile hits the same enemy 3 times, the ennemy is rooted for 1.5 seconds and the ability deals a bonus 90/105/120/135/150 (+ 70% AP) magic damage (based on Q's level). In addition, the speed of the projectile is increased by 50%.
Z: Symphonic Crescendo: Damages are increased by 4 / 5.75 / 7.5 / 9.25 / 11% per "resonance" stack (based on W's level), cumulative up to 10 times. When applying the control to the champions, the number of resonance points taken into account to determine which control to apply is carried out AFTER the drive has gained the 3 resonance points brought by the collision between the drive and the champion. In addition, champions who are controlled through this skill have their Magic Resist decreased by 15 / 27.5 / 40% (depending on if they have slowed / silenced + slowed / stunned + slowed).
E: Lyrical Suggestion: Gi stores from the beginning of the spell 2 reflective music sheets. For the duration of the suggestion, Gi steals 50% of the movespeed that her target's loses because of the slow. In addition, during the suggestion, whenever the target is moving away from Gi, her resistances are lowered by 15%. Finally, if the target is rooted by this ability, this target is also marked after 10 seconds after the end of the root as "highly suggestive" during 23/26/29/32/35 seconds: Gi can left-click on an enemy marked as "highly suggestive", which has the effect of inflicting 60/90/120/150/180 (+ 30% AP) (+ 5% of the target's missing HP) magic damages to the target and to all enemies within 300 radius of that target .
Active: When this spell is activated, Gi's famous tirade sounds: «This work, Khada Jhin, I dedicate it to you. This work, Khada Jhin, I consecrate it to you. This work, Khada Jhin, I devote it to you». From then on, Gi's vision of the map changes: we observe a powerful zoom-out, like Xerath or Jhin's ultimate, and Gi can select an area anywhere as long as it is included within the range of the ability. She is instantly teleported in this area, and enters into stasis for 3 seconds. All enemies in the zone she created are slowed by 70/80/90% during stasis, but reduced to 30% if they suffer damage equivalent to 40% Max HP between the beginning and the end of stasis. During stasis, Gi has the ability to display as many partitions as she has stored. At the end of the stasis, the spell stops.

We're done with Gi's abilities, and at the same time with my creation's presentation! A huge thank you to you who have read till the end, for your patience and for the interest you could bring to my creation. I am obviously open to any constructive criticism, be it on lore or abilities. In my opinion, the champion is, once he is mastered, really very (too?) powerful: hard CC on each spell after level 6 (even if some are complicated to hit), damages that can quickly become very important, especially that the A and Z are AoE ... Anyway, do not hesitate to criticize the champion, as long as your review is benevolent, I will be more than happy to answer your feedback ! And I'm really sorry for this poor english !
