[Champion Concept] Narissa, The Blood Witch

History: was thinking as a child, being a water mage, her parents are slaughtered and in an attempt to save them tries to cast their blood back into them.
Resource: Magic Infused Blood The resource starts at 25 and increases, similar to my volt mage, +5 per level. This resource replenishes from any healing source, this means absorbing basic regen, potions, and healing before the Blood Witch gets any replenishment in health.
>Passive: Transfusion Side Effects >Stacks of infused blood will reduce/Increase maximum health in enemies/allies by 1/1.5/2 per stack (blotting out or inking in purple or blue in the HP bars
>Q: Trasnfusion >Narissa transfuses 5/7/9/11/13 +(.02)AP from her magic infused blood to target enemy (cannot target allies). Blood stacks one to one.
>W: Blood Burst/Infusion >Narissa Commands the blood in target within 750 to Heal(ally)/Damage(Enemy) for 1/1.2/1.4/1.6/2 +(.01)AP per stack and spreads 75% of the stacks evenly among all players and monsters within sight
>E: Blood Boil >Narissa Commands the blood in target within 600 to Boil and after three seconds will, for enemies burn them for .5/.7/.9/1.1/1.3 +(.005)AP True damage per stack, for allies increases over the channeled time their movement speed by the 1 +(.01)AP per stack and attack speed by .01 + (.0001)AP per stack, and consumes 50% of the stacks on the target.
>R: Pin >Narissa Commands the blood in all enemies in her (only her) sight to be pinned to the ground for .02 seconds per stack and consumes 10% of the stacks
This is a concept I've had for a long time and I think this is closer to right... it does still seem off so any input would be nice. I want to keep the design around the passive and "limitless" stacks
