[Champion Concept] The Man Between Realities

Gonna be cut and dry

A soldier that somehow he got caught between worlds and will become more present with which ever world he interacts with Bot AP Ranged Carry

Passive: Resonate Auto attacking pulls the Soldier more towards Runaterra's plain. Stacks to 5, drops 1 off every 3 seconds. Auto attacks (Pistol) gain X (+Xap) bonus damage based on the number of stacks the Soldier has. (This has an opposite effect against void champions?) **By interacting with creatures of Runeterra, he becomes more present, but his physical damage is no more and is based on ability to connect with Runeterra

Q: Determination The next auto attack (Pistol) has bonus 150 range and will grant the Soldier an extra stack of Resonate. A critical strike will add 5 stacks of Resonate. Excess stacks of Resonate from this ability will add additional damage equal to Resonates damage times the excess stacks. **This essentially allows for quicker stack building, up to an additional auto in damage. Crits from AS items primarily, not IE

W: Rage Tosses a grenade (grenade) (small aoe) that will damage enemies based on current Resonate stacks and grants the Soldier a stack for each Champion hit. **Simple AOE

E: Cunning In a moderate melee arc, slashes (sword) all targets in from of him for damage based on current Resonate stacks. Also debuffs all enemy champions hit with Deresonate stacks equaling his resonate stacks

Deresonate: Distorts the existence of the target in Runeterra, making them more susceptible to the Soldier and void based attacks. **Risk reward game play, high damage but near melee range required. Also, void team

R: Escape The Soldier fires a round (rifle) that does little damage (X (+Xap)) that +25% damage for every target it goes through (including monsters and minions)(global, quick travel time). Can Store 3 shots **The shots themselves essentially have their own "Resonance", for every thing they intercept they become more present in Runaterra, except baron and herald. Good for new wave wave clear as it wont kill the closest wave
