Hey, so we all like bard but he doesn't seem to have enough skins outside of his current two. So I'm giving the all call to riot and players alike to start brain storming with some more skins for him, the hardest part seems it would probably be his entourage of meeps so think hard Post pictures or describe the idea to inspire a somone to draw or create the skin LoL community, Riot lets get to work for are magical pal!

-Trick or treat bard. this idea keeps him his lovable self doning a childish ghost costume. His chimes would become pieces of candy or jack'o'lanterns and his meeps would join in doning one of 4 costumes to trick or treat in. (vigar, teemo, gangplank or a smaller verson of standard bard) His q when hitting a wall leaves a winking jack'o'lantern glowing. His w becomes a small bag of candy slowly growing in size His E becomes a spinning swirling portal of deep pumpkin orange His ult becomes a giant circle with a winking jack'o'lantren in the middle that just before the ult happens winks!
Runeterra skins Iona bard skin Here bard would take lotus blossoms and take on more of a Japanese/ Tibetan monk kind of theme sort of like the order of the lotus or river spirit name skins. His chimes could wouldn't really need to change in this one and his meeps could just change into a light pinkish color. Q when hits a wall would leave a lotus or a ying- yang symbol w would be a bowl of rice or a glowing lotus that grows till it blooms at full charge E would be a ying-symbol that spins open a portal. His ult would glow with a pink light and spins either giant ying-yang symbol or the outline of a pink lotus flower. I cant really make up my mind for the lotus or the ying- yang symbol advice would be great!
Shurima bard skin In This one bard gets blinged out Egyptian style, or something of the like The chimes would be changed a bit morbidly to kanopic jars and his meeps would change either to golden beetles or tiny little orbs of light. Q when it hits a wall leaves the eye of horus W would make a little oasis with a palm tree E opens up a darkened corridor or a sand portal of some sort. His ult would be as a giant version of his Q leaving the eye of horus at the impact sight Honestly I'm not sure how this one would look but I know some one can work off this!
Demacian bard In this one bard takes the theme of demacia a country of golden uprightness maybe looking a bit more cleric like or donnig a suit of armor himself. His chimes would be polished gold or bronze and his meeps would don demencia battle helmets or trail with little blue banners Q upon hitting a wall would leave a demencian style shield (see garens w) W would raise a flag and when that would rise to the top untill full charge E The portal opens and severel dash of golden light race to the center. Ult Becomes a solid cirle of light with a shield
Noxian Bard This ones pretty odd since bard by nature is up beat and almost as un-noxian as you an get and really more of an anti demencian skin. His chimes become dark black metallic and his meeps would become floating knives. Q would mark the wall with a twisted dagger W would be a dark metal chalice E would Be a dark magic seal somthign like swains sipining into the portal And his ult would be a swirling shadow that explodes
Bilgewater bard Bard heads to the high sea's and gains a weatherd sea dog kind of look. His chimes become powder kegs and his meeps gain tiny swords and pirate bandanas and eye patches Q leaves the mark of naggakoborous W a cleche of oranges or a bottle of rum E opens a portal of turbulent sea water his ult becomes a Hurcaine that with an eye for the bards orb to go through
