[Champion Concept] Champion Ability Design part 1/5

I am hoping to make a thread about once a week to get feedback on specific things I have in mind for the concept.

Part 1 here is the Q or initial ability of the champion concept, This is not the defining feature in anyway so be aware when critiquing.

Things to remember when analyzing:

  1. The champion is intended to be ranged
  2. The champion is intended to be non mobile
  3. Numbers are all subject to change and are estimations
  4. Champion is intended to be energy based
  5. Champion is supposed to be based around early fire tech/explosive weapons

Q: Range: 900~1400 (unsure of what the range should be) Cost: 100 energy Cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16 seconds Effect: Champion places a Huo Jian Launcher on the ground in front of them, after 1.25s the launcher fires 6/9/12/15/18 Arrows over 1.5s dealing 10/15/20/25/30 damage (+.1 Bonus AD)(+.1 AP) each (single target not AoE). The arrows fire at a random angle in the 30 degree front cone.
