Professor Vel Koz

So Professor Ryze and Vel Koz's character put this idea in my brain now that he's free to play this week.

His animation where he points to a board (dont remember if its his taunt or joke) could easily be changed to a chalkboard or whiteboard. He already talks a lot about knowledge and stuff so I think it just fits him pretty well. Maybe a twist could be Student Koz?
