Silly Skins on Serious Characters

So I've been playing Anivia a lot and follow Viktor (saving up to get him), and something about them bothers me: neither have funny, silly skins. Now I follow their lore and love it but I feel a little sad that they get shorted on these skin types. I feel bad for especially because she's played a fair amount. I just want to go against the grain and lighten up some of these characters!

Pizza Delivery Sivir is talked about a lot on the Concepts and Creations board but I think Pizza Maker Anivia would be a cool addition! Q - spins a pepperoni slice W - a line bags of flour E - Shoots a shot of pizza sauce! R - Spins a completed pizza!

Full Disclosure: I play Anivia a lot and want a silly skin to use because all of her available ones just aren't stupid enough for me.
