I think we need our own Storm Spirit

For those of you who don't know, Storm Spirit is a Dota 1/2 mage who combos his abilities with auto attacks in order to burst down opponents. He has some CC but incredible mobility once he gets his ult.
I don't want an exact copy of Storm Spirit, but having a champ with this type of kit would be fun to have in League. Below I've posted a "Hero Spotlight" video someone made for Dota 2's Storm Spirit so you have an idea of how his kit works.
