Fiddlestick`s new passive

What do you think it's gonna be? I was thinking something along wukong's W, like:

• standing still for 1.5 seconds makes you stop moving and hiding your status bar.
• Create a scarecrow copy of yourself (which doesn't do anything) max 1 copy, lasts 30 seconds
• when you start moving again you fear surrounding enemies in 600 range
• scarecrows break when hit by a stun or knockup/-back, and fiddle won't fear enemies when he gets knocked out of his passive (he has to start moving by himself for the fear to work)

So you could pause, create a copy of yourself then stay still at some place nearby and the opponent won't know which is the real you, or hide in a Brush and surprise scare/fear people.
