Karma missing E animation question!
Where did it go? I know it exists, but I can't find the reason why it wasn't added to the game at her rework :( can anyone help?

She was leaked and that caused the rework team to panic, which resulted in them rushing her out for release instead of taking their time with animation, voice lines, proper abilities (pretty much rushed the entire rework). Karma is the first official reworked champion.
Side note: TF doesn't count as the first reworked champion guys, they may have changed him a ton in Alpha, but the game was basically both PBE and public combined in one version of the game instead of the two versions we have today.
It would be great if Riot decided to finish reworking Karma at some point, sooner rather than later. She is also missing a haste animation, her twin dragons (which are apparently in the games files) and her VU is a massively watered down version of its concept art. These are the things that lead people to believe that Riot doesn't care about Karma, on top of the fact that they've removed all of her unique and core elements.
