Daughter of Thunderlord (Support)

New support champion Concept: Daughter of Thunderlord (From Thunderlord's decree) No name yet. Support, Mage Basic story: Joined the League to show the power of the thunderlord's and her power to the mortals who are using her father's power with no appreciation. Skills Passive- When she is hit three times in a row a thunder strikes down on to the enemy champion that hit her. (Like Thunderlord's Decree) Q- blinds the target with thunder (instead of black back ground which you would experience in graves or quinns skills) This skill is non-targeting skill. W- Buffs an ally or self and the next auto attack will slow the enemy. Targeting skill. E- When an enemy is hit by this skill the outside of the circle will be lowered in MR and Armor inner ring will be stunned. Non-targeting skill R- Throws out 5 thunder around her doing magic damage on to enemy.( As leveling up the skill the amount of thunder increases by 2.) AOE Skillshot
