New Yordle Champion concept

So I recently have been playing a lot of yordle champs and decided to design and come up with a new yordle champ. I will upload the drawings of the champ that I drew as soon as possible. I know it is a long read sorry. Story: The concept of the yordle champ is a wannabe archaeologist who is from Bandle City. The story line is that ever since he was little he heard fairy tales about a great archaeologist that owned a whip that granted power to him during his adventure. Growing up this story had inspired him to become a archaeologist and his ultimate goal was to find the whip. One day when he was studying and searching for books about the ruins of Ionia. Than he found a hidden page with the information of the whip. After reading the hidden page he went on search for the whip. When he got to Ionia he noticed that the Temple that the whip was hidden in was guarded by an archer (Varus). He stayed hidden from Varus hoping that he would move away from the gate of the Temple, he waited for days. And one day when he was waken up by loud noises like screams and yelling from the nearby village, then he saw Noxian army coming towards the Temple and Varus fought them and the Noxian troops drew their troops away. Than he saw Varus leaving the Temple, he knew that that was the only chance that he could get into the temple without the watch of Varus. When he went inside he saw nothing but a empty temple. He looked around and found a golden box that was covered with dust. When he opened it he found the whip that he was looking for the whole entire life. When he got back home and told his stories at the Bandle city no one believed him and said that it is a just a normal whip and that he was lying even his parents was disappointed at him. So to prove that he was not lying and to get his parents approval he joined the league. Skills: Passive- Every 5th skill shot will be improved the Q will be longer, W will be circular instead of a quarter of circle, E will go a little further than normal, R ultimate the enemies that are in the area of the skill shot will be stunned for 1 second or less. Q- (AD DMG)A regional attack that whips straight range is twice the length of Poppy's Q. The effects of the skill will give enemy slow when it hits the enemy at the tip of the skill. W-(AD DMG) A regional attack that has the same width was Annie's W but a little longer. This skill would not have any effects on the enemy except the damage. E- A escape skill/ engaging skill. This skill can be cast on a wall or a terrain and it will have similar effect of Nautilus' pull plus Fizz's W but instead when the skill is quick casted on to a terrain the summoner has to decide where they want to swing to in 1 second or else the champion will drop at the place where they were last standing. There is small damage when the Champion lands on the enemy champion but when the enemy Champion is in between the wall and the champion extra AP 10% damage will be done. And the champion is given invincibility while the champion in on the wall. R- The ultimate it a giant whiplash that wraps the enemy or enemies. The inside part of the whiplash will pull the enemies or enemy towards the direction of the Champion and the enemies outside of the whip will be pushed back. The skill will be shaped like a rounded curve that points back to the champion. Builds: ADC- More of ATK SPD type of ADC Mid AD- similar build as if its ADC Support- damage dealing support Final: This champ is a mid range type of champion and an ADC (Thinking) that can also mid and Support. And as you might have noticed his weapon is going to be a whip, have not thought of the name of the Champion. Hope you guys like it. I know it does sound a lot like Indiana Jones, but if you think about it this kind of champion is unique.
