Spectating bug

Hi Hopefully Riot actually reads this. I was spectating my friends game but I had to leave in the middle of the game to do somethings, but when I came back 3 minutes later I was held on time saying that I abandoned too many games and it wouldn't let me run the que this isn't the first time this has actually happened to me.
