Blood Moon Skins

So far we have Blood Moon skins for Akali, Shen, Kalista, Thresh and Elise

The Blood Moon is an Ionian Festival, so Akali and Shen fit the theme perfectly (There's even art showing them as part of the festival). As far as Kalista, Thresh and Elise, their Blood Moon skins could be how Ionians see them.

There are a few champions that I think would fit perfectly with the Blood Moon theme: Kennen, he is part of the Kinkou with Akali and Shen Diana, The Scourn of the Moon, it fits her theme perfectly and it would make for a great skin Hecarim, Would fit the theme of the recent Shadow Isles champions getting Blood Moon skins, and the face on his armor would look awesome as a mask
