I get the price is subject to change and all. I'm just saying he has nothing that differentiates him from GoTS Skarner which is 975. They both have new recalls, particles, and Shurima themed models. So unless he gets a new VO or something I don't see how he's worth 1350.
It's usually because of the visual effects/particles. Some of them take a lot more work for certain champions. His Scorched Earth skin is the same price.
New VOs usually only occur in 1820 and above. VO filters, processing, and other various effects are usually added in a 1350.
The big thing with 1350 tier skins are sound effects.

A better question would be why Gots rammus only got new q. They should make him flap his wings Wile he is useing his ult so it Looks like he was blowing up the dust.
