Does blitzcrank need some tweaking?

I think he might, and I have a few ideas (note I am not at all a rioter game dev or anything else, I am a gamer that plays games and wants to see their main champ get some love) I think his q is as balanced as it will ever be, I do think that his E (we will get to W in a moment) could use at little tweak, idk about the numbers but I like the idea, I think that on cast you say use like 20 mana and start charging your fist, after 3 seconds it either increases the damage and knockup duration by 50% or 100% aka double, his passive should probably scale off of your mana pool and not just current mana, but w I think this, on cast use like idk 10 mana, then you keep using 10 mana per 0.5-1 second (idk which tho) once you turn it off you get slowed, the slow increases based on how long you kept it on for, his ult imo doesn't need any rework, I would just like to see the visuals updated but if I had to change it, I would say either silence duration increases by like 0.6 seconds, and maybe lightning damage buffed, but please don't change it. Anyway what are your thoughts? [slayer-pantheon-popcorn] loved to see them
