With the changes in lore around Nasus, Renekton, Xerath, and the addition of Azir to the league roster a new skin line unique to these four is almost necessary... skins of what they looked like before they ascended. We catch a little glimpse of what Azir looked like in the cinematic which made me wonder... what did the others look like!
As far as I have understand, the Ascension creates a human into a animal spirit with great powers. The logical explanation is that Renekton and Nasus are animals-like and Azir is not. Azir seems to have a human body with little traits of an animal. Thus if this would be made, you'd see a human Renekton or Nasus or Azir, which doesn't fit anymore wether with using their weapons nor with the size they have and can get through ultimate.
