Skin is great but Vlad's super American voice just kinda ruins the feel of the skin. Just saying.
As for the model, he seems super unproportional. On par with Katarina before they fixed her. He may be the TINIEST champion in game outside of yordles and annie with this skin.

I think Vladimir will be looked at soon. I do honestly believe story and lore could be updated, too. The Runeterra worlds and characters must be developed from a consistent foundation, an idea of that world. I've propose lore (not story) for Vladimir doing just that, more or less.

Vlad in general just needs a new model, even his legendary skin is very meh in terms of animations and modelling (the particles and sound effects are great though).
He's so small, it reminds me of the old Yi.
I love his voice though. And the blood puns. Glorious.
