Reported for making the most logical decision?

Our jungler ragequit 3 mins in when he got killed at his red. Our Ryze is now intentionally feeding. I decide that I would rather use the next 20 mins of my life playing a fresh game, so I opt to Open mid. Ryze, who is now on his 9th intentional death begins to trash talk me.

Admittedly, I tell him if he thinks I am worth reporting, he is stupid. This might actually make the report count against me. Enemy team decides they would rather afk farm then just end the game, so we have to wait for 20 mins to surrender.

You need stricter punishments for people like this. Please cut them out of the community like the tumors they are. Thank you.
