Poppy Ult needs either more damage or no invulnerability.

Its bad enough that this ult is only useful once in a blue moon. Either we are really ahead, and I use my ult to deny us a free ACE, We are really behind and I use my ult so we can run away, or the game is pretty close and I use my ult to try and force a 4v5 or something and just pray the channel doesnt get canceled and that my soloQ team actually defies 5 years of low expectations where following up is concerned. The fact that the knock-up causes enemies to be untargetable makes it incredibly useless in pretty much every situation between.

Please consider removing the free mini zhonyas effect or give it some kind of % missing HP execute function so its actually useful in lane for more than saying "I dont want to fight". Because most of the time I DO WANT TO FIGHT. She is a top laner, not a support.

"oh you like to fight? so does my hammer... Just Kidding. Kappa." - Poppy

Actually, Poppy is a damn fine support, always has been, always will be. She does her job exceptionally well and snowballs a duo lane harder than almost anyone (including Leona and Nautilus).

If you use it uncharged, you have a solid window to blow up whoever else is nearby before turning your attention back on the enemy you knocked up. Also, GET CREATIVE. You can combo this with things like Zilean's time bombs, Malzahar's malefic visions, Tristana's Explosive charge, etc. If you use it charged you get a guaranteed advantage in a fight, which is huge for snowballing the game early on. Later on it isn't as useful, but if every champ were super useful in any situation throughout the whole game, they're this thing we like to call "OP".

It's not a kill Ult, it's a disengage tool. Why does everything have to be a kill ability?

It's pretty disgusting when Poppy ults half your team back to fountain and her team easily picks off the remaining members.
