I think Poppy, Taric and Yorick should each get a new skin when their rework hits live (similar to gp
). It's been years since these champs have recieved a new skin and think it's a bit unfair to ask their players to wait for a rework then wait yet again for a new skin.

As you've seen with Fiora, once a champion has been updated, they're definitely eligible for a new skin. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee a new skin will come out alongside with the champion update.

If Sion and Kassadin are any indication of future behaviors, expect at least a year-long wait for Yorick's first new skin after his relaunch. Also, given that Urgot might become a higher priority for the team/company than Yorick (along with champions like Mordekaiser, Eve and Zilean), we could possibly see that relaunch released sometime in late 2017, which would mean a new skin for Christmas 2018.
So, we could actually see "Winter Wonder Yorick," with a snowshovel and Poro Ghouls. Would be nice, but I really don't want to wait another three years for ChampUp to get their "special undead snowflake" finished.
(Hell, Zac might get another new skin before Yorick gets his first one.)
