well issue with fiora is for example the other day i was top lane vs a fiora i picked a counter to fiora

i was up 2-0 in lane early. fiora from that point on went 25-10-12 and carried her team to a win.

if she is able to get to full build and the game is stretched out long she is impossible to deal with..

i think her true damage needs to be nerfed a bit.

but then again it could be cuz im an unranked scrub and the fiora was a plat 5 rank

well riven can be a pain in the ass . and there are some match ups that she gets dumpstered on however she is another champ that can build full ad and gain def stats for doing so. like the scaling on her shield. i also think the keystones helps her too much with thunderlord decree as long as you are aware of the cooldown she can base her full combo around that and get the bonus damage from it. but keystones are another issue all together. but when i can no longer safely play a tank into a riven with out worrying about getting stomped in lane then she is a bit over tuned. im not saying she needs a big turn down just maybe a slight nerf on her cds or a bit on her scaling.

i use to always play champs like or hell into her and may not win lane but stalemate her long enough she dont snowball and even with a tank like if you arent careful she will kill you early. and its over. only upside to playing into her is if you dont let her get out of hand that you scale better late game and once you reach lvl 11 mid game and have a combo of roa and one of those armor items you can purpose a threat.
