Champion Concept: Feliks, the Sentinel of the Solari
After my first two champions, I'm hooked. This is my 3rd champion concept. I've got 3 more roughly thought and 2 additional ones rolling around in my head. As before, all the numbers and mechanics are subject to change should you feel they need some tweaking/changing. Comment and explain you reasoning and I'll see what I can do about it. Also, I want to do art but won't or can't be bothered to get around to it. Should you feel generous enough, I will take submissions for his design. An outline is located down below in Cosmetics. Mechanics: Name: Feliks, the Sentinel of the Solari Role: Tank, support Stats: HP: 570 (+96) HP Regen: 8.2 (+0.7) Mana: 293.3 (+36.5) Mana Regen: 7.2 (+0.5) Attack Damage: 56.2 (+3.4) Attack Speed: 0.588 (+2.4%) Armour: 27.895 (+3.9) Magic Resist: 32 (+1.25) Movement Speed: 320 Attack Range: 175
Abilities: Passive, Staunching Strikes: Feliks's auto attacks always strike through to their max range and damage everything in that range. Additionally, enemy champions are slowed by 10-35% of the difference in move speed between Feliks' resting movement speed and the affected champions' resting movement speed for 2 seconds.
Q, Fielding Course:
Feliks leaps to an area and surrounding enemies are damaged and briefly slowed by 90%. Upon landing, Feliks' next auto attack deals bonus magic damage.
Range – 700, ground-targeted dash

Cooldown – 13/12/11/10/9
Leap Damage – 60/90/120/150/180 (+65% bonus AD)
Bonus Damage – +10/12.5/15/17.5/20% AD
Slow Duration – 1/1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2 seconds
W, Stalwart Assault:
Feliks raises his shield and slowly gains movement speed over 5 seconds. He cannot be affected by crowd if the caster is in front him and his next auto attack in the next 5 seconds knocks up its targets for 0.8 seconds. Self-buff.

Cooldown – 20/18/14/12/10
Movement Speed Gained Per Second – 4/6/8/10/12%
E, Ancillary Support:
Feliks uses an artifact of Mount Targon to give himself and nearby allied champions increased armour and movement speed. Feliks get 50% of the bonuses and allies get 66% of the bonus. Should no ally be affected, Feliks gains 100% of the bonuses. Feliks' next auto attack increases his movement speed by 10% for 2 seconds.

Increased Armour – 45/50/55/60/65 (+30% Armour)
Increased Movement Speed – 20/30/40/50/60%
R, Will of the Sun:
Feliks uses what little bit of the sun's might he's absorbed from the Solari he guards to empower his spear and strike forward. Enemy champions hit are suppressed for 1.5 seconds after taking the initial damage. During this time, Feliks can rotate freely to face the cursor and impaled champions move to stay on his spear and enemies take magic damage over the duration. At the end of the suppression, affected champions are knocked back in the direction of the cursor. Feliks' next auto attack becomes ranged with a range of 525.

Turn Speed - About one and two thirds the speed of Vel'Koz's Lifeform Disintegration Ray turn speed. (Couldn't find any numbers.)
Back Story: Feliks was the first born of the leader of the Rakkor and older brother to Pantheon. Feliks aspired to be paragon, but his brother was better than him in almost every way. Better at combat, greater athleticism, more endurance. Feliks did have more of one thing: Faith. Faith in the Solari; faith in the sun. Pure faith alone was not enough. To join the Solari, Feliks needed to show his devotion. Feliks left Mount Targon on a religious journey to do something never yet accomplished. He aimed to map the course of the sun from the farthest corners of Runeterra. Feliks ventured to every corner and mapped the sun on every hour. He rarely stopped to eat, sleep, let alone return greetings from passers-by. Feliks was obsessed, his eyes ever to the sky. The night was terrible, the air like pitch compared to the light warmth of day. He grew restless, worrying about all the he missed that he could be plotting. Some days, Feliks would miss an hour and beat himself up. O how better he could be. Finally, after years away, Feliks returned to Mount Targon, ready to join the Solari. When he returned, Feliks found his brother, Pantheon, as paragon and his childhood sweetheart, Leona, as Chosen of the Sun. How things had changed. But it didn't matter if he could be one of them. Feliks approached Leona, and fellow senior members, to present the fruits of his travels, the fruits of his devotion. Each were impressed but they still asked for a few moments to whisper amongst themselves. After a while they came to a consensus: Feliks was much too tunnel-visioned to absorb all the wonders that they and the sun had to offer. Although, the choice was still ultimately Leona's. Leona approached Feliks, trying to figure out what to say to him. She told him he could but he had to climb the ranks from the very bottom. She told him he had to protect the Solari with his life. In actuality, Leona had no intention of letting him climb. As time passed, Feliks learned the truth. But he didn't mind. He got to be near them, serve them, and defend them; chasing down all the unwanteds from the mountain. Feliks would never be part of Solari but he knew his place and he was happy.
Cosmetics and Extras: Visuals: -Great helm -Coat of plates, golden metal sewn onto a purple jerkin -Spear point dagger tucked into a large, sturdy belt -Heavy iron gauntlets -Brown breeches -Large boots -Awlpike -Heavy shield with the Macedonian star on it. -Note: Feliks is left handed and so his awlpike is in his left hand.

Skins: Warden Feliks: As the sentinel of the Solari, Feliks attempts to keep the peace around them, much like wardens will keep order.

A nod to Sentinel Prime from Transformers.
