Byron the noble noxian

Appearance- green twin tail suit with silver borders, and cuffs green top hat with purple circling, green dress pants and purple dress shoes, also has a purple bow tie. has a monocle on his right eye and a brown mustache eyebrows and hair, medium build (think or ) also has a silver encrusted wooden cane , hands covered with white silk gloves.

skin- family man Byron- now has a white button up shirt with a sweater vest, brown khaki pants, he no longer has a hat but now has a pipe in his left hand, (the cane is in his right hand always) and black dress shoes, the cane can be plane brown or go unchanged. the monocle is replaced with a pair of rectangular glasses. his bow tie is now black instead of purple.

walk animation, Byron holds the cane in his right hand and goes on a light jogging animation (he does not use the cane for support like swain, its more decoration and attack)

dash animation- when he gets a speed boost from scuttle crab buff, ghost, revive, or home guard he does a wave dash with his hands behind his back, leaning forward.

idle animation- he stands with his feet shoulder width apart with his cane and hands behind his back, after a while he will use his free hand to twirl is mustache (in the family Byron skin he will smoke his pipe instead) (or blow bubbles with it if there is some sort of issue with tobacco usage) then puts his hand back behind returning to the beginning of the animation.

attack animation- Byron thrusts his cane into to target with one hand similar to a fencer (this is however different from in that this is his standard auto attack not his ability and 's auto attack is swipes not thrusts.) the attack animation will have him attack in a slightly different area so he might hit upwards 1st slightly to the side in the 2nd and center in the 3rd, so has to make it look more smoother rather then him just striking the same place over and over again like he is practicing against a dummy. his free hand raises slightly but does not leave his side

recall animation- classic skin- brushes off his shoulders, adjusts his tie and places both hands on the cane which is centered in front of his feet, his head bowed down awaiting recall, upon landing at base he adjusts his monocle (presumably to look at the shop items) family man skin- a black recliner comes out of nowhere and Byron takes out a newspaper and begins reading it, the newspaper covers his face but you can see the smoke/bubbles coming up from the pipe he is smoking/blowing on while reading the paper, upon landing in base Byron looks up from the paper, leaps off the recliner and rolls up the paper and tosses it on the recliner, both it and the newspaper then disappear.

abilities- Passive- the way of the gentleman (similar to passive it has dual ability) Honor- when ever Byron is damaged by an enemy opponent he gains 5/10/15/20 ( ranking up when his ult is lvld up) honor, it would be a purple bar and he would use this instead of mana, he can have a max of 200 honor

Loyalty- when ever Byron is near an ally he gains a slight buff to all of his abilities, this is explained in each one

Q- Smashing blow- costs 50 honor and has a 10 second cool down, if he q's to an allied minion or champion it is halved. Byron dashes towards the target, swinging his cane and stunning the enemy on hit for 0.5/1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds also dealing 50/75/100/150/200 (+100% OF TOTAL DMG) physical damage. He can only target enemies with this ability currently Loyalty Bonus- Must go relatively quickly- When Byron is near an allied champion he can now Q to allied minions and champions, giving himself and the minion/ champion a small speed boost for 1.5 seconds, the speed boost scales with 5 or 10% of his movement speed whichever is more appropriate, i.e. 5% isn't noticeable or 10% is to much)

W- Monocles Foresight costs 25 honor and has a 30/25/20/15/10 second cool down Byron becomes stationary with his hand sticking out to his front, he now blocks all attacks for 5 seconds taking no damage and it keeps track of all of the dmg he should have taken, after the 5 seconds he deals out half of the dmg he should have taken as AOE true dmg, (can be changed to ad or magic dmg if true dmg proves to OP) Loyalty Bonus- You shant harm them! Byron's hands instead extend from his sides increasing his hit box so he can better block skill shots for his team mates E- Challenging Toss- costs 10 honor and 15 second cool down Byron throws his top hat (or pipe) as a skill shot, dealing 25/50/75/100/125 (+50% AP) magic dmg and the foe is taunted for 2/3/4/5/6 seconds also without out his hat he loses 10/15/20/25/30 armor and the foe is enraged so he gains 10/15/20/25/30 ad for 5 seconds (this is to make it good for combining with monocles foresight) Loyalty bonus- There is no greater honor than protecting someone you care for (or just "greatest honor" if the above is too long) - He gains double honour from taunted champions dmg (this makes it good for recovering honor) R- Make an Ally - 100 honor 75 second cool down Byron leaps toward an enemy and proclaims his loyalty towards them, Byron now takes all dmg the foe takes and all dmg the foe deals gets divided by 4 and applied to all of the foes allies as true dmg (or magic if true proves to be to much)for 10 seconds, if either Byron or the new ally dies the freind ship is ended. The ulted foe procs Byrons loyalty.

Lore- Noxians may be veiwed as strong but very rarely are they considered noble, Byron and his family however are an exception, one of the few voices of peace within the noxian government he looks upon the ionian invasion and demacian war with regret and disapointment, still vocally making his disagreement he is one of the few politicians in noxus that looks out for the often abused weak within the nations borders, of course this has made Byron unpopular with many noxians, so much so that there has been attempts on his and his family's lives, Byron could easily brush off the assasins after him, his family however was a different story, the assasins began focusing all their efforts against his wife and daughter, Byron was not only unable to participate in any sort of politics he couldn't even sleep, unable to leave his family ungaurded for a minute, and so the politicians of Noxus won Byron was no longer in the way of their hidden agendas and he would stay that way so long has his family remained threatened.

After months without rest Byron was becoming a shadow of himself, his once handsome clothes be came torn and tattered, his mangnificent facial hair now was wild and unkempt, the cane he once had for decoration was becoming more and more of a necessity. Just as Byron was thinking of giving into his wife's pleas that they leave his beloved country he sensed something beastly, something far more dangerous than the assasins, sensing this new foes strength he sat down and set a seat for the coming foe, and prepared a final resort, if it worked his family was saved and he himself freed from the shackles of their danger, as the enemy aproached the door Byron said "Come in"

The next day the Noxian comitee was stunned to find Byron enter the building freshly dressed and well rested , the people believed the assasination attempts simply stopped but the politicians had in fact tripled their rewards, assasins were coming from all the lands to try and kill Byron and his family yet he would come each day looking just as releived his once worried expression now forgotten.

Friends foes thats all his foes are understandable since sion feasts on war while darius believes peace and non agression is shameful, and Byron detests Jarvan and the Demacians hatred towards noxus who he believes are just as guilty as noxus for starting the war

his freinds are a bit more stange and i want to go into that another time, also going to work on his voice over
