Idea for a support character

Hi guys this is my first Forum post on the league of legends forums and i have an idea for a new Support champion! Please take time to read through this and don't judge me if i get anything wrong or make the champion OP.

Appearance: I was thinking of a humanoid character that has glowing blue veins around his body. Those veins consist of mana instead of blood. Kind of like but more human.

Abilities:

Q- Sacrifices his mana to send some to his adc or whoever he is nearby Damage: None CD: 7secs

W- Fires a mana like blob that when hits on contact breaks off like when attacks. Allies can pick up the blobs to gain mana. Enemies also take damage when they touch the blue blobs and get a Blue blob above their heads for 10 seconds that holds vision. Damage: 140 CD: 10secs

E- Uses 30% of available mana and creates a wall of mana that allies and enemies can go through but enemies are slowed and get a blue blob above their heads following them for 12 seconds Damage: 50 and Slowed CD: 15secs

R- If an enemy has a blue blob following them than he can take the blue blob from them stealing 70% of available mana from them and also deals 40 damage to everyone with a blob anywhere on the map Damage: 40(x) x=Blue blobs and mana stolen CD:90 secs
